Inserts: Accepted loose or bound in by arrangement. Please call for specifications
Terms & payments: Net 30 days subject to credit references
Publication date: December, March, June, September
Copy date: Three weeks prior to publication date
Agency commission: 10%
Cancellation policy: Cancellation accepted up to 6 weeks prior to publication
